I am not I the restaurant business. That said, I have worked in a few when I was a kid and people seem to like the food I cook these days...except my ingrate kids...anyhow...This is exactly my type of store. They have the things, they don't have a fluffy theme, and their prices are good. We picked up and armload of professional grade tools for $120. The staff was helpful and efficient.

Awesome! Everyone working is always so helpful and nice!! We have a catering business & food truck, this is my to go place for supplies! Prices are very reasonable, better than other restaurant supply stores I have been too. 100% recommended

Everyone is so helpful here and they always have a great selection of supplies for local bars and restaurants. Also a great place to shop if you need some containers or cups for a large party or BBQs etc. You don't have to be a member or have a special account to shop here. They also have a large variety of cutlery and other items that you can purchase individually.

I really like this place. it is no frills, well-priced cooking and restaurant equipment. Service is attentive. Prices are reasonable. They have a bit of everything. Huge store so it never feels crowded. In Ithaca, this is the best place I've been to for most of my kitchen/party needs.
